In this role you will: Support the organization of warehouse operations and team coordination. Ensure the correct receipt, preparation, and delivery of goods according to schedules and supply orders. Monitor the efficient use of all warehouse areas, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. Collaborate with Commercial managers, colleagues from the store network, and suppliers to resolve operational issues. Coordinate, train, and periodically evaluate team members. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and safety standards. Analyze warehouse workflows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency. Coordinate the communication and implementation of new policies and procedures within the team. Required Qualifications: What we are looking for: Higher education degree. Experience in team coordination. Excellent organizational and analytical skills, decision-making ability, and a strong orientation toward professional development. Proactive mindset, taking initiative, and being oriented toward both results and people. Attention to detail, ability to multitask under deadline pressure, and self-motivation. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team. Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools. Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems. Good knowledge of English.
