Production Supervisor

Mission

Supervise and coordinate the operational activities of the sealing process, ensuring the correct execution of the production program through the control of materials, resources, and personnel. Ensure compliance with production goals, safety standards, protocols, and established procedures, guaranteeing the delivery of accurate and timely information to interested areas, as well as the effective development of the work team under their charge.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in leadership roles with personnel under charge.
• Experience in production areas, desirable in flexible films.
• Desirable knowledge of Polymers, and experience in plastic film conversion processes.
• Basic English reading.
• Professional or Technologist.
