Merchandising Supervisor – Modern Trade

Supervise and distribute daily tasks and store visits among Merchandisers.

Monitor product availability, OOS, stock rotation and FEFO compliance.

Ensure proper shelf arrangement, Facing and Planogram implementation.

Follow up on promotions, Displays and POSM execution.

Monitor prices and ensure compliance with approved promotions.

Conduct regular store visits and evaluate Merchandisers' performance.

Review daily reports, photos and store visit results.

Monitor competitors' prices, promotions and shelf presence.

Coordinate with store management to resolve operational issues.

Identify gaps in execution and take corrective actions with the team.

Prepare periodic reports on team performance, store execution and market activities.

Escalate major issues affecting product availability or sales to the Area Sales Manager.

Bachelor's degree.

3–5 years of experience in Modern Trade / Merchandising / FMCG.

Previous experience supervising a team of Merchandisers is preferred.

Strong communication, follow-up and leadership skills.

Good knowledge of Planogram, Facing, FEFO, OOS and POSM.

Good Excel and reporting skills.

Ability to work in the field and manage multiple stores.

FMCG / Food industry experience is preferred.
