About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in MEP design,project management, cost control, and client presentations. This role involves overseeing the design and execution of MEP systems for construction projects,ensuring quality, efficiency, and budget control.

Key accountabilities include:

• Develop and review MEP system designs,ensuring they meet project specifications, regulations, and client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings, project pitching, and project proposals to win new business and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor project costs and ensure that MEP systems are delivered within budget. Implement cost-saving measures where applicable and manage resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of MEP systems during all stages of the project.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure the installation of MEP systems meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Identify any potential issues related to MEP systems and develop solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in MEP design, project management, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, MEP codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting and pitching projects to clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and design tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willing to work additional hours when required to meet project timelines
