Working with colleagues across the business, you will ensure that projects are well planned, effectively governed and delivered in line with agreed objectives. What will you do? As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to completion. You will work closely with project sponsors, senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and delivery teams to define objectives, establish plans and ensure that project outcomes meet business needs. You will coordinate project activities, manage timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues, and provide clear progress updates throughout the project lifecycle. You will create a structured environment in which project teams can collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality results. What does your job look like? Your responsibilities will include defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and success measures. You will prepare and maintain project plans, resource plans, RAID logs, status reports and other project documentation. You will ensure that roles and responsibilities are clear and that project governance is applied consistently. You will lead project meetings, workshops and planning sessions, ensuring that actions are agreed, recorded and followed up. You will manage communication with stakeholders, provide regular reporting to project sponsors and escalate risks or decisions where appropriate. You will monitor project performance against schedule, budget, scope and quality requirements. Where challenges arise, you will identify practical solutions, manage dependencies and work with colleagues to keep delivery on track. You will also support change management, implementation and transition activities to help ensure that project outcomes are successfully adopted and embedded. Who are you? You are an experienced Project Manager who combines a structured approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and can bring clarity, focus and momentum to complex projects. In addition, you recognise yourself in the profile below: You have successfully completed a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.

You have significant experience in project management, programme delivery, business transformation or a related role.

You have successfully managed projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.

You have experience developing project plans, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, issue logs and progress reports.

You are familiar with recognised project management methodologies and tools. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery or continuous improvement approaches is advantageous.

You have experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes and competing priorities.

You are an excellent communicator who can build relationships, influence stakeholders and facilitate effective meetings and workshops.

You are organised, pragmatic and able to make sound decisions in a changing environment.

You are confident using project management, collaboration and reporting tools.

You have an excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
