Your tasks

7 million Kafka events per day, peaks at several tens of millions, with a clear objective: zero loss. Will you help us maintain this course?

Every day, in more than 2,000 stores and more than 70 countries, millions of prices change. One error means a poorly served customer, a store in difficulty, and lost trust. Our role: to identify and transmit the right price, at the right time, without error, everywhere in the world.

You will join an event-driven platform that evolves continuously to meet challenges of performance, resilience, and quality. Within the team, you will contribute concretely to this ambition by developing and evolving our products.

  • You design, develop, and maintain backend features in Java or Kotlin, in connection with product needs.
  • You participate in the design of robust solutions for our distributed systems and our Kafka flows.
  • You contribute to code quality through testing, code reviews, and sharing best practices.
  • You take part in the team's technical decisions and document important choices.
  • You participate in the continuous improvement of the performance, observability, and resilience of our services.
  • You contribute to the operation of our products in production: investigation, monitoring alerts, and incident resolution, with the support of the team.
  • You work in close collaboration with Software Engineers, the Product Manager, the Engineering Manager, the QE, and the Support Engineer.
