WMS Implementer

The role includes:

• Responsibility for characterization, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of the WMS system within the organization
• Characterization and improvement of business and logistical processes in the worlds of supply chain, inventory, and logistics
• Accompanying developments, upgrades, and system adaptations according to business needs
• Routine work with business users, managers, software vendors, and external parties
• Management and leading of system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Management and operation of interfaces between ERP, WMS, and other systems in the organization
• Support, training, and guidance for users
• Support for inventory management processes and inventory counts in the logistics center and stores
• The work is combined between the company headquarters in Kfar Saba and the logistics center in Caesarea
• Reporting to the Information Systems Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / relevant professional training in the field of logistical information systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in implementing WMS systems or logistical systems
• Experience in characterization of business and logistical processes and writing characterization documents.
• Good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes: receiving, storage, picking, distribution, returns, and inventory counts
• Experience working with business users, vendors, and multiple interfaces
• Experience in managing and implementing interfaces between ERP, WMS, and E-Commerce systems - a significant advantage
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, service-oriented, responsible, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• High level of technical English
