Your sport is our sport. 1 Teamleader - Department Manager for our Decathlon branch in Graz / Seiersberg for 38.5 hours per week.

OUR OFFER

Your responsibilities

• Assembling and motivating your team
• Developing the talents, skills, and autonomy of your employees
• Ensuring the safety of people and goods
• Providing the right assortment in your sport and optimal product availability
• Analyzing key figures and developing your own proposals for increasing turnover
• Continuous process optimization

What you bring to the role

• Good communication skills; English is required
• You are passionate about your sport
• You are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers

• You are willing to work on Saturdays (Super-weekend regulation)
