Senior Customer Service Representative

The role includes: providing professional responses to the company's customers through telephone and digital channels, handling and managing complex and sensitive inquiries with customers, accompanying processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading the continuous improvement of the customer experience, monitoring, measuring, and analyzing service metrics (KPIs), implementing performance improvement processes, mentoring, training, and professional guidance of new representatives in the team -one year or more of experience in customer service roles -experience in telephone customer service - advantage -good command of Excel -familiarity with CRM systems - advantage -ability to work under pressure and multitasking -good human relations and good interpersonal communication -conversational English
