  • Defining promotion plans and price reductions during seasonal transitions, in accordance with the discount budget, profitability targets, and commercial policy
  • Supervising store visibility and adhering to Visual Merchandising standards, including the production of seasonal POS materials and managing functions in the field of commercial display
  • Working from the company offices in Kfar Saba as well as regular visits to the company branches
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics \ Business Administration or another relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in trade and/or sales management roles, preference for experience in the retail world
  • Proven experience in managing and motivating teams
