Logistics Team Leader

The role includes:

• Managing and operating the GEEK+ system, including controlling work rates, synchronizing systems (WMS/RMS), and real-time handling of operational exceptions
• Direct management of the operators and controllers team, including recruitment and training, setting work schedules, implementing safety procedures, and maintaining high levels of motivation and professionalism within the department
• Meeting throughput and quality targets, monitoring and measuring picking providers against organizational goals, while ensuring zero picking errors and maintaining product integrity
• Optimizing picking routes and improving working methods to increase productivity and reduce operational costs
• Managing the connection with support and maintenance entities (internal and external) to ensure the functionality of the robots, workstations, and technological infrastructure
• Managing work interfaces with departments in the warehouse, headquarters, and stores, while ensuring inventory availability and prioritizing picking tasks according to the organization's schedules
• Reporting to the Warehouse Manager

• Industrial Engineering Technician - Mandatory
• At least two years of experience in managing a team of employees in a logistics/operational environment - Mandatory
• Experience working with WMS and ERP systems (such as Priority) - Advantage
• Familiarity with logistics automation systems, with an emphasis on Geek+ - Significant advantage
• Ability to lead a team, motivate employees, and develop them
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple work interfaces, within the warehouse and with external entities
• Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and lead improvement processes in a dynamic environment and under pressure
• High level of English (writing, reading, and speaking)
