Visual Merchandiser - Rishon LeZion

Decathlon Israel continues to grow - we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser (VM) for our team! We live and breathe sport and, for us, it is a way of life. The role includes:

• Responsibility for the store's visual merchandising in accordance with company guidelines and standards
• Implementation and execution of commercial plans and displays in the field
• Arranging and displaying products in a way that maximizes sales and creates an optimal customer experience
• Adapting store visibility to promotions and seasonal collections
• Ongoing training and guidance of the store team to implement visual standards
• Continuous monitoring of the sales floor and constant improvement of visibility
• Connecting visibility to commercial and marketing performance and meeting targets
• Working in accordance with organizational safety procedures
• Wide interfaces with the commercial and marketing departments (campaigns, POS, etc.)
• Reporting to the Store Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting

• Certification and CPA license
• 3 years of experience in an Accountant role
• Experience in the wholesale/retail field - advantage
• Knowledge and experience in accounting software - Priority - advantage
• Ability to work independently, thoroughness, precision, and the ability to manage and lead tasks
• Excellent human relations, interpersonal communication, and the ability to work with multiple interfaces
