Flow Pilot (M/F) CDI
At the heart of our Sainte Luce-sur-Loire warehouse, you will be trained to become a true pilot of our logistical flows. Your role will be central to supporting our site's performance and guaranteeing the satisfaction of our sports customers. Come join our teams and help us supply our 54 stores!
YOUR MISSIONS
#1 System configuration and support for operational teams
- Learn to configure IT and mechanized tools for maximum fluidity.
- Analyze production anomalies and propose concrete solutions to field teams.
- Become the link between operations (warehouse workers, managers) and project teams.
#2 Continuous improvement and efficiency research
- Design efficiency analysis tools (dashboards, KPIs).
- Use flow data to decide on process improvement actions.
- Participate in the creation of simple training materials for employees.
Your salary package:
We value your commitment with transparent and motivating compensation:
Fixed salary: €2,700 gross per month, or €32,400 gross per year.
Monthly variable: Up to 10% of the base salary, based on your site's performance.
Quarterly profit-sharing: Up to 20% of the base salary, based on France logistics performance.
Annual profit-sharing: Based on the global performance of DECATHLON.
On average, your annual package (including bonuses) will represent approximately €40,000 gross. You will have the possibility to place your bonuses into a company savings plan revalued annually.

YOUR PROFILE
You have a higher education background (Master's degree/Bac+5) and an interest in the field of logistics and continuous process improvement. You are looking for dynamic field work where every day is different, far from routine. You are proactive and not afraid to take initiatives to improve existing processes. Flexible hours suit you (you may occasionally be required to work shift patterns and approximately 2 Saturdays per month). You are mobile and ready to relocate to seize new opportunities and take on more responsibilities (DECATHLON Logistique consists of 11 warehouses distributed across France: Paris, Lille, Nantes, Lyon, Marseille, Mulhouse, Toulouse, Bordeaux). You master professional English (B2 minimum).
