ERP Implementer

Dectalon Israel continues to develop - we are looking for an ERP Implementer!

A diverse role in the worlds of ERP, including characterization and implementation of processes, working with users and vendors, and supporting the organization's systems. At Dectalon, you will work in a dynamic and international environment, with a variety of interfaces and the opportunity to get to know different business processes, develop professionally, and take part in leading the ERP field in the organization.

The role includes: Responsibility for the organizational ERP field and its maintenance from end to end, including databases, processes, and performance Characterization of needs with key users in the organization, writing characterization documents, working with software houses and external vendors in Israel and abroad Monitoring, control, and improvement of the outgoing and incoming interface system between the ERP system and other core systems such as: WMS, BI, and more Monitoring, control, improvement, and support of interfaces with the global headquarters systems abroad Training and providing support to end users in various departments in the organization

Passion for sports - a significant advantage! Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / professional certification in the field At least two years of experience in characterization and implementation of ERP systems (significant advantage for experience with the PRIORITY system) Understanding and ability to characterize business processes (Ecommerce, Finance, Logistics, Sales, HR) Experience in implementation, configuration, and deployment of modules in an ERP system according to business requirements Knowledge in the retail worlds - processes, needs Ability to learn and work independently and in a team Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines, working under pressure Service orientation, responsibility, and ability to work in a dynamic environment Readiness to work irregular hours High-level technical English
