ERP Implementer - Financial and Logistics Modules

Decathlon Israel continues to grow - we are looking for an ERP Implementer!

A diverse role in the worlds of ERP, including characterization and implementation of processes, working with users and vendors, and supporting the organization's systems. At Decathlon, you will work in a dynamic and international environment, with a variety of interfaces and the opportunity to get to know different business processes, develop professionally, and take part in leading the ERP field in the organization.

The role includes:

• Responsibility for the organizational ERP field and its end-to-end maintenance, including databases, processes, and performance
• Characterization of needs with key users in the organization, writing characterization documents, working with software houses and external vendors in Israel and abroad
• Monitoring, control, and improvement of the incoming and outgoing interfaces between the ERP system and other core systems such as: WMS, BI, and more
• Monitoring, control, improvement, and support of interfaces with the global headquarters systems abroad
• Training and providing support to end-users in various departments in the organization

Passion for sports - a significant advantage!

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / professional certification in the field
• At least two years of experience in characterization and implementation of ERP systems (significant advantage for experience in the PRIORITY system)
• Understanding and ability to characterize business processes (Ecommerce, Finance, Logistics, Sales, HR)
• Experience in implementation, configuration, and deployment of modules in an ERP system according to business requirements
• Knowledge in the retail worlds - processes, needs
• Ability to learn and work independently and in a team
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines, working under pressure
• Service-oriented, responsibility, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Readiness to work irregular hours
