- Conduct shipment inspections and generate detailed reports.
- Monitor Non-Conformity Rates (NCR) using standardized checklists.
- Submit monthly NCR reports for management review.
- Follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) regarding E-points and NCR issues.
- Provide operational support to teammates as assigned by the team leader.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational Background: Final-year student or recent graduate in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related technical disciplines.
- Prior knowledge or understanding of footwear manufacturing processes is a strong advantage.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and transparency.
