Your tasks
- Starting and supervising the packaging process
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations
- Coordinating the team within the packaging department
- Solving operational problems and optimizing processes
- Reporting to the production manager regarding progress and bottlenecks
- Checking packaging orders + assisting in communication between production planning and finished product storage
- Further rollout of MES & ERP-system on the packaging floor
Profile
- Preferably experience within production, preferably in the food sector
- A motivated and flexible attitude
- Technical insight and the ability to lead a team
- Good command of the English language
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Good computer skills
