Quality Manager (M/F)

We are looking for our client, an industrial company specializing in the design and manufacture of electrical and electromechanical equipment for demanding environments (nuclear, data centers, hydrogen, biogas, electric and rail mobility), a Supplier Quality Manager to drive the quality of industrial partners and guarantee the compliance of supplies.

Reporting to the Purchasing and Supply Chain Director, you will be in charge of supplier quality management and the management of a team of inspectors in a technical industrial environment.

Mission

• Define and implement the supplier quality strategy in connection with the purchasing and supply chain teams
• Manage a team of supplier quality inspectors (5 to 6 people)
• Qualify and audit suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage the delegation of inspection to external organizations
• Define and monitor supplier quality action plans
• Analyze and process supplier non-conformities
• Monitor supplier performance indicators and implement corrective actions
• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality processes
• Participate in the recruitment of team members
• Ensure managerial follow-up and the conduct of annual appraisals

Required Skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 19443 quality standards
• Mastery of quality tools (AMDEC, 8D, root cause analysis)
• Knowledge of measuring instruments
• Mastery of office tools (Pack Office)
• Knowledge of GRG and Clipper software
• Professional English

Profile

• Minimum Bac +3 degree in quality or industrial engineering
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment
• Experience in team management
• Experience in industrial piping is appreciated
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Rigor, organizational skills, and team spirit
