Automotive Engineer

to fill the position of Quality Product Technician.

REQUISITOS:

• Completed Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (INDISPENSABLE)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive mechanics (INDISPENSABLE)
• Preferably Technician in gasoline engines (engine assembly and disassembly)
• General knowledge of internal combustion engines (gasoline and diesel).
• Use of manual mechanical tools.
• Use and mastery of measurement instruments (vernier, micrometer)
• Basic knowledge of design programs (AutoCAD, Solid Works, or any other).
• Intermediate English.

PROPOSITO DEL PUESTO (FUNCIÓN BÁSICA)

Administration of the Quality area. Provide support to the Engineering area in the development of new products.

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO

• Facilitate the management of inventory quality problems as they arise.
• Classify inventory, quarantine potentially defective or non-conforming (NG) parts.
• Prepare quality reports and follow up with the supplier until resolution.
• Perform dimensional analysis and functional tests on samples of new components.
• Evaluate samples in order to improve quality, reduce costs, availability, or develop new products.
• Perform reverse engineering and use CAD software when necessary.
• Manage and maintain the 5´S concept in the office, R&D area, and racks assigned to PD.
• Collaborate on the script and production of technical videos.

Work at Parque Industrial San Francisco I Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm Monthly base salary $16,800 gross Benefits above those required by law.
