During your Butler internship, you will be part of an enthusiastic team and be involved in the daily wishes of guests in a luxury 5-star hotel. What you are going to do As a Butler Trainee, you support the Butler team in delivering a personalized guest experience, while learning to anticipate and proactively respond to the needs of guests. You prepare the room according to the wishes of the guest and place the correct amenities. You assist with welcoming and checking out guests, help them with settling in, and arrange various requests. Additionally, you contribute to a smooth and pleasant guest journey, from arrival to departure.
