As part of its development and the strengthening of the existing team, the company is looking for its future CUSTOMER PROJECT APPLICATIONS ENGINEER M/F.
Reporting to the project manager and in connection with the R&D and electronics teams, you define the technical solutions meeting customer demands.
In this capacity, your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Analyze customer specifications in order to support them in choosing the best technical solution;
- Monitor and manage assigned application projects while guaranteeing the achievement of QCD objectives;
- Perform initial setups, mechanical assemblies and electrical connections at customer sites;
- Write and maintain all technical documentation;
- Provide daily technical assistance in project mode, pre-sales, sales and after-sales - to customers, subsidiaries and sales managers;
- Detect potential new customer needs in projects;
Having completed higher education (Bac+5 or equivalent), ideally in automotive mechanics, you have professional experience in powertrain.
Your experience has allowed you to develop your knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes and ideally to handle measurement tools.
Possessing a good ability to synthesize and writing skills, you are diplomatic and rigorous by nature. Your level of English allows you to be comfortable communicating orally and in writing on a daily basis with internal and external interlocutors.
