HRIS-PAYROLL DIRECTOR / SOCIAL CONTROLLING M/F

In order to support these strategic challenges and continue the modernization of its Human Resources function, it is currently looking for its future HRIS, Payroll & Social Controlling Director M/F.

Your main missions:

• Lead and manage the Payroll activity by guaranteeing the reliability of processes, regulatory compliance, and the quality of social data.
• Supervise relations with social organizations and external partners (social protection, contingency, retirement...) in connection with the HR and Finance teams.
• Lead HRIS projects by ensuring the evolution of tools, the digitalization of HR processes, and the deployment of transformation projects.
• Manage Social Controlling by developing steering indicators and supporting decision-making for the various departments.
• Support and develop teams, foster synergies between the different poles, and contribute to the continuous improvement of organizations and processes.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT Departments and international teams in order to support the Group's strategic projects.

With higher education (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or Finance, you have significant experience in team management and in steering Payroll, HRIS, and/or Social Controlling functions, ideally acquired within a multi-site or international group. You are recognized for your leadership, your sense of collective, your pragmatism, and your ability to lead transformation projects. Fluent English is indispensable.
