Sub-Project Manager Wiring Harness Development Porsche (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Technical leadership of employees as well as the Resident Engineers at the customer site
• Central internal and external contact person for development topics
• Close coordination with the development team in the Design Center
• Coordination and alignment of deployment dates with production
• Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of schedules
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant project milestones
• Preparation, moderation, and implementation of regular project communication and status meetings

Your Profile

• Degree or further training as a technician in the fields of electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in wiring harness development in the automotive environment
• Ideally project experience in the environment of Porsche
• Experience in project management
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance
• High resilience as well as good organizational skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel of approx. 10-30 %
