New Model Engineer

1. Support Trial New Mold, Trial New Mass Production in collaboration with Production Engineer, Design mold, Injection Technician and analyze plastic injection, analyze Mold & Injection problems
2. Responsible for Trial, Monitoring result, summarizing trial results to create various standards, whether they be:

condition parameter standard, inspection standard, packaging standard, work-instruction, process flow chart, FMEA, control plan, APOP, PPAP and other documents to meet customer requirements

1. Prepare New mold trial record documents and maintain New Model history until delivering the mold to the customer. Prepare readiness for when New mold is completed and sent to Mass Production. Implement product inspection standards (Spec. / Standard / Limit sample / Master sample) for inspection staff within the production process to meet customer requirements, including providing training, advice, and inspection methods
2. Coordinate with customers and provide quality-related information to customers
3. Support dimensional inspection of New mode1 such as Mold, Try sample
4. Report various problems that occur, which may affect work quality, to supervisors
5. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Male-Female, Age 25-35 years old Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials Engineering, Plastic Engineering, Industrial Engineering) Have knowledge and ability in managing and inspecting plastic parts Have basic knowledge of ISO9001 quality management system Able to read Drawing and can use English for communication with customers well Have knowledge of OC7Tool/QCC / Kaizen / SW1H/SM Chang Have knowledge of using basic measuring tools: Microscopes, Micrometer, Vernier Caliper Able to coordinate with various departments well and have good interpersonal skills Able to analyze problems using engineering principles very well Have knowledge in plastic engineering Have knowledge in plastic injection work Have honesty, patience, diligence, perseverance, open-mindedness, and ability to listen to others' opinions Have experience in quality assurance and the plastic injection industry.
