Retail Executive / Retail Manager (Aquarium & Aquatic Pets)

📍 Location: 706 Geylang road 🕒 Working Hours: 10am - 8pm 📅 Work Schedule: 5.5 Days per Week

We are a growing aquarium and aquascaping retail store passionate about bringing the beauty of aquatic life to our customers. If you love fish, aquariums, customer service, and retail operations, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with aquarium, fish, and aquatic product purchases
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the retail store
• Monitor and care for fish, plants, and aquarium displays
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising
• Handle cashiering and daily sales transactions
• Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
• For Manager role: oversee store performance, staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets

Requirements

• Passion for aquariums, fishkeeping, or aquatic pets
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
• Retail experience preferred
• Aquarium or aquascaping knowledge is an advantage, but training will be provided
• For Manager role: prior retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Salary

Retail Executive: $2,300 - $2600 (based on experience) Retail Manager: $2800 - $3,500 (based on experience)
