DCS GROUP - IT Engineer (M/F)

As part of a team reinforcement, we are looking for a Platform Engineer Observability. You will evolve in a strategic environment, serving the Group's observability platforms, with a Platform-as-a-Product approach. Your mission will be to contribute to the evolution, industrialization, and maintenance of operational conditions of critical platforms used by thousands of users. Your technical environment: you will work on platforms with very high volumes: Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE), Grafana, industrialization chain based on Git, GitLab CI, Ansible, ArgoCD, Helm Orchestration Kubernetes, all within a critical production environment, oriented towards DevOps, SRE and GitOps. Your missions:

• Industrialize and automate virtualized and containerized infrastructures (VM and Kubernetes) according to GitOps principles
• Manage the complete lifecycle of environments (development, testing, production)
• Ensure platform support: onboarding teams, diagnostics, support, documentation, and provision of golden paths
• Design reusable components (blueprints, templates, modules) to accelerate deployments
• Integrate security and compliance requirements into CI/CD pipelines
• Strengthen platform reliability by working on high availability, resilience, rollback mechanisms, MTTR reduction, and SLO monitoring
• Participate in the continuous improvement of Platform Engineering and SRE practices

And what about you? You have 5 to 8 years of experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps on critical production environments. You master:

• Platform Engineering and industrialization practices
• The GitOps chain: Git, GitLab CI, Ansible, ArgoCD and Helm Kubernetes in production (deployment, operation, troubleshooting)
• Development and scripting in Python
• DevOps and SRE practices (SLO, MTTR, post-mortems, high availability, rollback)
• System and network environments
• Professional English, both written and spoken

Assets that will make the difference:

• Knowledge of the Elastic suite (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, APM)
• Knowledge of Grafana at scale
• Security and compliance topics in pipelines

Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for an autonomous, rigorous person who is proactive, technically curious, and oriented towards continuous improvement.
