Important company requests Finance Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, graduated.
• More than 3 years of experience as a finance manager, coordinator, or head of the area.
• Experience in a trading company that handles imports.
• Experience in bank reconciliations, accounting closing, SAT tax compliance, cashflow, and costing.
• Proficiency in Odoo or a similar ERP.
• Advanced Excel.
• Basic English for reading reports from international suppliers.
• We require analytical skills, communication, financial judgment, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and project monthly and quarterly cashflow.
• Validate, authorize, and execute payments to suppliers on banking platforms, ensuring control of signatures and authorization levels.
• Supervise weekly bank reconciliation and ensure that balances in the ERP match bank statements.
• Manage relationships with banks: credit lines, financial products, credit conditions for customers when applicable.
• Supervise the monthly accounting closing.
• Guarantee financial statements (P&L, balance, cash flow) are ready within the first 5 business days of each month.
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations (IVA, ISR, monthly and annual declarations) in coordination with the external firm.
• Prepare and follow up on the annual budget by area; generate monthly deviation reports with cause analysis.
• Implement and maintain internal controls that reduce financial and operational risks (double review, segregation of duties, periodic reconciliations).
• Define and monitor key financial KPIs: gross margin per product line, portfolio turnover, days payable to suppliers, current liquidity.
• Lead the automation of financial processes in the ERP.
• Supervise AP and AR cycles.
• Report overdue portfolio weekly to general management and propose recovery actions.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Work zone: CDMX Polanco.

We offer a salary of $28,000 to $32,000 gross monthly with statutory benefits, major medical insurance, savings fund, and total pass.
