Senior Application Operations Specialist

Daily tasks
- Support Release Management in delivering software to production environments
- Monitor production systems, investigate technical issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Provide Level 2 (L2) support for production incidents
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues and prevent recurring incidents
- Collaborate with technical teams to maintain the stability and reliability of production environments
Requirements
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Jenkins and version control platforms (GitHub/Bitbucket)
- Experience working with Apache Kafka
- Good understanding of SQL
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT)
- Familiarity with cryptography tools (OpenSSL, keytool) and secure communication protocols (HTTPS)
- Experience with logging and troubleshooting tools (Splunk)
- Knowledge of monitoring, metrics, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana)
- Good understanding of microservices architecture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Experience working with PostgreSQL
