Your tasks
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify potential challenges, risks, and dependencies, proactively proposing effective solutions
- Facilitate meetings, discussions, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution
- Monitor progress, follow up on action items, and ensure clear communication of project updates
- Support stakeholder engagement and maintain strong working relationships across the organization
- Adapt to changing project requirements and contribute to continuous process improvements
Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management support, or a similar role
- Previous experience in the financial sector or another highly regulated industry
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing priorities
- Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Experience in facilitating discussions, supporting decision-making, and resolving conflicts
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders across different teams
- A growth mindset, openness to change, and willingness to challenge existing approaches
- Ability to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to complex business challenges
