IT Analyst

Daily tasks

• Building an IT efficiency reporting model — from identifying data sources, through agreeing on KPI definitions, to preparing dashboards and reports
• Monitoring and analyzing KPIs in the areas of finance, service maintenance, engineering (DORA), and AI utilization, including among others costs and budget, service availability and SLA fulfillment, deployment efficiency, AI tool adoption, achieved benefits, and associated risks
• Analyzing trends, deviations, dependencies, and root causes of changes in results
• Preparing periodic reports and presenting conclusions to IT management and business partners
• Formulating recommendations regarding the improvement of efficiency, service quality, costs, and team ways of working

Requirements

Experience in building reporting or analyzing business, financial, or operational data Very good knowledge of Excel and experience with a BI tool, e.g., Power BI Ability to combine data from different sources, verify its quality, and agree on indicator definitions Ability to analyze KPIs, identify trends, and draw practical conclusions Readiness to cooperate with IT, finance, and business teams English language at a communicative level Knowledge of SQL and basics of data modeling Nice to have: Experience in IT cost analysis, controlling, or budgeting Knowledge of maintenance processes and ITSM indicators, e.g., SLA, incidents, and service restoration time Practical knowledge of DORA metrics and understanding of their application in assessing the change delivery flow Experience in measuring the utilization and effects of AI tools, e.g., adoption, costs, time savings, or quality of results Experience in reporting automation and working with data from cloud, developer, or ITSM tools Knowledge of ITIL, FinOps, or continuous improvement methodologies
