Decision Solutions Integration Expert - Mic.BI/SAS (M/F)
We are looking for a Decision Solutions Integration Expert specializing in Microsoft BI technologies, SAS, and modern Data platforms to support our clients in their data transformation, analysis, and valorization projects.
Your missions include:
Decision Integration and Analysis: Design, develop, and integrate decision solutions based on Microsoft BI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, as well as Cloud Data platforms (Azure Synapse Analytics, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery) to meet business and decision-making needs.
SAS and Data Analytics Expertise: Excellent mastery of SAS Base, Macro, SQL, STAT, GRAPH, CONNECT, ACCESS, with experience in SAS Viya, SAS Data Integration Studio, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Visual Analytics, and SAS Web Report Studio.
Development, SQL, and Automation: Advanced mastery of Python, Shell (Bash), PowerShell, SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL, with solid experience in SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and UNIX/Linux, ensuring performance optimization, process automation, and industrialization of data flows.
Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, and Orchestration: Proven experience with Talend, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), dbt, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, and Apache NiFi, enabling the design of high-performance, reliable, and scalable data pipelines.
Data Modeling and Governance: Good mastery of modeling tools (PowerDesigner/Power AMC, Erwin Data Modeler, Lucidchart) and Kimball, Data Vault, and Inmon methodologies, with a strong sensitivity to data quality, governance, and cataloging.
Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI: Experience with Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow), Spark ML, MLflow, Databricks ML, and Azure Machine Learning services. Knowledge of generative AI solutions (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Azure AI) and LangChain or Semantic Kernel frameworks constitutes a real asset to enrich analyses and automate processes.
Cloud, DevOps, and Industrialization: Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) platforms, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps), as well as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible technologies for the deployment, automation, and operation of Data solutions.
Security, Compliance, and Observability: Good understanding of DevSecOps principles, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS frameworks, as well as observability solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/OpenSearch, Dynatrace) to guarantee the security, availability, and performance of decision platforms.
Collaboration and Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methods, with mastery of Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps tools, promoting collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement of projects.
Sectoral Skills: Experience in the Banking, Insurance, Finance, Industry, Healthcare, Telecoms, or Marketing sectors constitutes a major asset to understand business challenges and support strategic data transformation projects.
Language Skills: A good level of English, both written and spoken, is required to collaborate with international teams, participate in multicultural projects, and utilize high-level technical documentation.
