We are looking for an Automation and Project Management Specialist | Python and Microsoft to work on a strategic project, with an estimated duration of 2 months, in a 100% remote model, contributing to the monitoring of demands, projects, indicators, risks, and results.

The position will play an important role in supporting project portfolio management, contributing to the organization of information, monitoring deliveries, and alignment between the involved areas. The professional will act in a consultative and hands-on manner, connecting project management, technology, and process automation, using solutions from the Microsoft ecosystem and Python to support the efficiency and evolution of processes.

How your day-to-day will be:Conducting the survey and understanding of processes and client needs related to project management.Building complex automations with Python.Supporting and training users, promoting engagement with the new platform.Documenting configurations, best practices, and operational manuals.Supporting the client in project data loading.

Requirements and qualificationsEducation in Engineering, Administration, IT, or related areas.

Project Management

· Solid experience in project management, planning, and control.

· Mastery of concepts such as schedule, WBS, critical path, baseline, physical progress, resources, costs, and indicators.

· Practical experience with MS Project, including creation, updating, and analysis of schedules.

· Knowledge of portfolio management, programs, PMO, and project governance.

· Knowledge of predictive, agile, and hybrid methodologies.

Automation and Programming

· Mastery of Python for process automation, data processing, and integration between systems.

· Ability to develop scripts for reading, transforming, validating, and consolidating data.

· Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and libraries for Excel file manipulation.

· Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and integration between applications.

Microsoft 365

· Advanced Excel mastery, including formulas, pivot tables, and, desirably, VBA.

· Experience with SharePoint Online, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and site structuring.

· Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially integration between Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Project.

Integration and Data Experience in building integration flows between MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and corporate systems.Ability to work with relational databases, structured files, and APIs.Knowledge of SQL will be considered a differentiator.Ability to transform operational project data into management information and indicators for decision-making.Additional information

Solid experience as a leader of engineering and construction projects.Desirable certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker / Power Automate RPA Developer.

- Microsoft Certified: Project Operations Functional Consultant.

• Python Certification

• PMP or CAPM (PMI), or certifications in agile methods (Scrum Master).
