As an in-house consultant, we provide advisory support to REMA TIP TOP AG and numerous other companies. For us, strategy consulting is closely linked with professional and functional implementation in day-to-day business.

These are your tasks

Finance Controlling area:

• Business Partner for the Executive Board and specialist departments on operational controlling topics
• Preparation of P&L and balance sheet plans, forecasts, and management reporting, as well as analysis and support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB) including plan-actual variances and preparation for accounting.
• Further development of financial reporting and analysis of relevant KPIs to derive measures

Production Controlling area:

• Support for the Head of Global Production & Technology as well as the plants in planning and KPI reporting
• Determination of machine hourly rates and overhead surcharges based on plan and actual values
• Maintenance of the calculation scheme (plan/actual) including planned calculation, inventory valuation, and monthly calculation runs
• Creation and further development of production reporting as well as performance and investment calculations

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Accounting, or a comparable qualification
• At least five years of experience in controlling, preferably in plant controlling, ideally in internationally active industrial companies with group structures.
• Good knowledge of accounting according to HGB
• Good written and spoken English skills
