In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Process daily Trade Operations transactions in accordance with the agreed service standards.

Liaise and follow up with Business Units or customers for instructions that are required to complete the transaction.

Liaise with internal and external counterparty for queries relating to the transaction.

Perform day end reconciliation of transactions.

Adhere to risks and control guidelines/policies.

Assist in projects to improve work processes.

Perform ad-hoc tasks/duties assigned by Supervising Manager.

Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking operations especially in trade operations.

Self-motivated and a strong team player.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Meticulous and detailed oriented.

Ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Ability to work on SG public holidays when the need arises.

Familiar with MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Words.
