DB Charles Recruitment are working with a client whom they hold a great relationship with and they are looking to hire for numerous roles across the Project and Support Analyst teams. The roles will require someone to carry out extensive, data, SQL & excel driven work. Requirements

DB Charles have spoken at length with the client on the various skill sets and backgrounds they seek in order to hire, including a number of the below:

• With the diverse nature of the roles, the client will consider candidates with backgrounds in one of the following; Projects, Sales, HR & Training, IT & Technical, Implementation or Support.
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service via phone, email & face to face
• An IT / technical background would be an advantage or at least having a strong interest in IT and systems is a must
• Strong working background using MS Excel, SQL or other databases advantageous
• Any exposure to Project Planning Software or Support Ticketing systems would be great but not essential
• A holder of Prince 2 or similar project management qualifications would be a benefit
• Fantastic people & communication skills
• A full UK driving license or commitment to passing within 12 months
• Able to commit to a minimum of 2 days a week in the office based in Lincoln

What we offer

The client is ideally looking to hire at a salary level of £27,000 to £29,000 with additional benefits and expenses on offer such as private health-care insurance, a cycle-to-work scheme and many others.

Other

The roles are permanent positions and vary in responsibilities for the positions. The project roles are to be based from their site in Lincoln and at times on-site with clients and to effectively manage the implementation of customer projects. Where as the Support Analyst role is focussing on Application & Software Support, aiding the businesses customers, whilst promoting an excellent level of customer support service.

The role is from Monday to Friday with working hours of 8:30AM to 5:15PM and important to note, the business have a long term plan of hybrid working with a minimum of two days in the office per week along with home working for the other days.
