Quality Inspection Engineer for assignments in Southern Germany, Poland and Czech Republic (Engineer - Maschinenbau)

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a temporary employee on behalf of DB AG for an assignment as a Quality Inspection Engineer for assignments in Southern Germany, Poland and Czech Republic (m/f/d). As a temporary employee, you will perform your work in the specified business area, while you conclude your employment relationship with us, DB Zeitarbeit.

Your tasks:

• Quality assurance (planning and implementation) in the procurement of rail vehicle parts in the supplier pool assigned to you, predominantly in Poland and Czech Republic
• Ensuring the contractually agreed quality of suppliers and the defined process standards
• Participation in the further development of quality assurance processes and tools
• Implementation of product, process and system audits nationally and internationally (e.g. initial sample inspections, welding and adhesive technology construction tests or quality capability audits)
• Monitoring the effectiveness of quality assurance systems of the manufacturers

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the fields of Maschinenbau, Schienenfahrzeugtechnik, Werkstofftechnik or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience
• An additional qualification as a Schweißfachingenieur:in is desirable
• Experience in the evaluation of suppliers and quality management systems
• Ideally qualifications in joining technology and experience in the field of quality assurance
• Valid driving license class B and enjoyment of regular business trips or willingness to travel of more than 50 %
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
