Senior Supervisor / Project Coordinator (Mining Infrastructure)

DABEST Consultant is looking for a Senior Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator with extensive experience in mining infrastructure construction, particularly in earthwork, cut and fill, settling ponds, and land reclamation projects.

This position will be responsible for leading site activities, supervising construction execution, controlling project progress, and coordinating with contractors, engineering teams, and project stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and supervise mining infrastructure works including cut & fill, earthwork, settling pond, drainage, and land reclamation activities.
2. Monitor construction progress, work methods, heavy equipment productivity, manpower, and material utilization.
3. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quantities, and verify actual site conditions.
4. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Control construction quality, safety compliance, and environmental requirements during project implementation.
6. Prepare progress reports, site documentation, technical evaluations, and recommendations for project improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in mining projects, preferably in mining infrastructure, earthwork, settling pond, or reclamation works.
3. Experienced as a Senior Site Supervisor, Field Engineer, Construction Supervisor, or Project Coordinator.
4. Strong understanding of cut & fill, excavation, embankment, heavy equipment operations, and construction quantity control.
5. Able to read engineering drawings, evaluate site progress, and perform quality control inspections.
6. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills with contractors and project teams.
7. Able to prepare professional site reports and project documentation.
8. Willing to work under a Project-Based Contract and be stationed at a mining site in Sulawesi, Indonesia.
