Marine Trade Support Executive

Job Responsibilities: Provide daily trade and operational support for marine-related activities. Coordinate with vessel owners, ship agents, suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Prepare quotations, purchase/sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents. Follow up on vessel schedules, deliveries, orders, and shipment status. Handle customer and supplier enquiries and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain accurate trade records and support the smooth execution of marine trading activities. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business, Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience in marine, shipping, ship supply, or trading is an advantage. Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel. Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented. Able to work in a fast-paced marine trading environment.
