Sales and Operations Manager

Proactively identify business opportunities and expand client portfolio Tailor sales quotations and client-centric solutions that align with client’s needs Prepare for tender bid submission, presentation to secure bids Negotiate contracts and pricing for maximise project margins while fostering long-term strategic partnerships Work closely with internal teams, clients and suppliers to successfully execute the project and ensure client satisfaction Drive continuous improvement and elevating the team’s performance Minimum 5 years of experience in exhibition industry or strong track record in sales and/or operational leadership
