The position:

As part of a technical assistance project, we are looking for an industrial transfer engineer for one of our clients in the aeronautical sector. You will work at the client site located in Pyrénées-Atlantiques (65).

Be responsible for carrying out the activities that allow for decision-making and the execution of transfers while respecting the imposed cost, quality, and deadline constraints.

In this capacity, your daily missions will be as follows:

• Lead all preliminary projects within the scope;
• Lead the multi-disciplinary team organized in a dedicated platform for the activity;
• Lead the experts by giving them their priorities and objectives;
• Functionally manage the focal points of the contributing trades (ME, Tooling, BE, Achat, Qualité?);
• Build a robust process to achieve planning and cost objectives;
• Define the scope of new projects, providing data to enable decision-making;
• Implement the platform's animation to guarantee the completion of key project deliverables;
• Guarantee the achievement of project milestones while respecting cost/quality/deadline constraints;
• Guarantee compliance with the requirements of the various clients of the activities concerned by the transfers;
• Ensure the expected reporting to the CODIR and decision committees;
• Alert, intervene, and correct in case of deviation in critical deliverables;
• Analyze the risks that could prevent the completion of projects (Load, Resources, Technicals).

Profile sought:

• Engineer by training, you have at least 5 years of experience in industrial transfer;
• You also have significant experience in the aeronautical sector;
• Mastery of technical English is required for this project.
