The position:

As part of a technical assistance project, we are looking for a production quality engineer for one of our clients. You will work at the client site located near Tours (37).

Your missions will be as follows:

• Ensure product compliance with standards and specifications: implement and manage incoming, in-process, and delivery controls, verify that all products meet customer requirements and applicable standards;
• Analyze and correct non-conformities and defects: investigate anomalies, identify root causes (FMEA, 5 Why), propose corrective and preventive actions, and ensure their follow-up until closure;
• Implement and optimize quality processes: define control instructions, inspection plans, acceptance criteria, document procedures, and continuously improve processes (defect reduction, quality costs);
• Manage quality indicators and communicate: monitor KPIs (defect rate, yield, quality costs), report to managers and clients, identify trends, and propose action plans to achieve objectives.

Profile sought:

• Engineer by training, you have at least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment;
• You also have significant experience in quality management in an industrial production environment;
• You have skills in quality audit and compliance management;
• You have good knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 5S, 8D);
• Proficiency in technical English is required for this mission.
