The position:

As part of a technical assistance project, we are looking for an Industrialization/Methods Engineer for one of our clients in the aeronautics and defense sector. You will work at the client site located in Orléans (45). In this capacity, your daily missions will be as follows:

Define and optimize manufacturing sequences and industrialization processes; Write and update technical documentation (work instructions, manufacturing files); Participate in the selection and qualification of production means and tooling; Analyze non-conformities and propose continuous improvement actions (Lean Manufacturing); Ensure the interface between the design office, production, and quality teams.

Profile sought:

Engineer by training, you have at least 3 years of experience in industrialization/methods, in an aeronautics or defense environment; You have significant experience in writing manufacturing sequences and industrialization files; You have skills in aeronautical quality standards such as EN 9100 or equivalent; You have good knowledge of PLM/ERP tools (SAP, Teamcenter or equivalent) and Lean Manufacturing methods; Mastery of technical English is required for this project.
