The position:
As part of a technical assistance project or an internal recruitment, we are looking for a Vibration Testing / Structural Dynamics Engineer for one of our clients in the industrial sector. You will work at the client site located in Oise (60).
In this capacity, your daily missions will be as follows:
- Define instrumentation, write test protocols, and secure interventions at the client site: machine instrumentation (vibration sensors, strain gauges, pressure/flow/displacement sensors), validation of the measurement chain, and data acquisition;
- Carry out vibration testing campaigns on-site (industrial machines, thermal or electrified mobile machinery, test benches), validate recorded data, and ensure the processing and analysis of results according to defined standards;
- Contribute to experimental modal analysis, the characterization of the dynamic behavior of systems (gears, rotating machines), and the definition of mission profiles for electrified machinery;
- Write study and instrumentation reports, present results to project teams, and feed databases within the framework of R&D projects.
Profile sought:
- Generalist Engineer with a focus on physical measurements (Master's degree), you have at least 2 years of experience in vibration testing and dynamic characterization of machines, in an R&D or industrial environment;
- You also have significant experience in experimental modal analysis, multiphysics physical measurements (vibration, deformation, strain, pressure, flow, acoustics), and signal processing;
- You have skills in instrumentation and data acquisition (sensors, measurement chain), as well as in diagnosis and interpretation of test data;
- You have good knowledge of structural dynamics, vibratory behavior of rotating machines, and mechanical redesign based on test results;
- You are proficient in SIEMENS Test.Lab, Dewesoft, and Ncode software, as well as MS Office and GANTT office tools;
- A B2 level of English is required for this project.
