The position:

As part of a technical assistance project, we are looking for a Hydraulic Test Engineer for one of our clients in the industrial sector. You will work at the client site located in Oise.

In this capacity, your daily missions will be as follows:

• Qualify client requests, write specifications and quotes, participate in the design and sizing of hydraulic test benches, monitor their implementation, and define their acceptance with providers;
• Perform hydraulic testing campaigns (proof testing, cyclic pressure) on mechanical components (engines, pumps, valves, sensors), analyze and interpret results, and write test reports for clients;
• Write operating procedures and job sheets for the benches, ensure client reporting, and manage suppliers in compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives;
• Contribute to R&D projects (design of the hydraulic part of mobile machine demonstrators) and commercial services.

Profile sought:

• Higher technician or Engineer by training (minimum BTS), you have at least 10 years of experience in the field of hydraulic and mechanical testing, in an industrial environment;
• You also have significant experience (minimum 5 years) in study, sizing, and design in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics, as well as in the development of system test benches (thermal balance, controller parameter setting, pump control study);
• You have skills in creating hydraulic test sequences, hose manufacturing, assembly and piping of components, and monitoring workshop production work;
• You have good knowledge of boilermaking/metalworking, constitution of manufacturing files, and project management / planning;
• You master data acquisition and processing software: Labview, HBM Catman, Ipemotion, Morphée, InNova, Automation Studio, SolidWorks;
• Knowledge of NI Diadem, PCAN-View, and 3D metrology tools is appreciated;
• A B1/B2 English level is required for this project (writing technical reports).
