The position:

As part of a technical assistance project, we are looking for an Industrialization Production Means Engineer (M/F) for one of our clients in the aeronautics sector. You will work on the client site located near Niort.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Lead the industrialization of new production means, from their integration into workshops to their development and validation.
• Monitor the different stages and milestones of the project to guarantee the compliance of the means before their transition to series production.
• Coordinate actions with production, maintenance, methods, industrialization, quality, infrastructure, and program teams, as well as with integrators and special machine suppliers.
• Develop, monitor, and update schedules, action plans, and project indicators.
• Ensure the monitoring of supplies and the production plan in connection with the various stakeholders.
• Guarantee the completion and compliance of the deliverables necessary for industrial validation.
• Analyze and validate technical files and definition files.
• Participate in various technical reviews and program milestone reviews.
• Prepare and formalize the elements necessary for the manufacture, control, and repair of equipment: manufacturing files, routings, control documents, etc.
• Perform ballooning of drawings and contribute to the validation of technical documentation.
• Create or evolve manufacturing routings in the ERP and ensure the update of data in the PLM.
• Lead the PPAP processes necessary for the qualification of means and processes.
• Perform risk analyses related to industrialization and monitor associated actions.
• Identify blocking points, alert the relevant managers, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare reporting and ensure regular communication on the progress of activities.
• Participate in and, if necessary, lead project meetings in English.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environment requirements and internal procedures.
• Contribute to the decision to move to series production by ensuring that industrial criteria are met.

Profile sought:

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrialization, industrial engineering, mechanics, production, or an equivalent technical field.
• First experience in industrialization, methods, or industrial project management, ideally in an aeronautical environment.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and means.
• Experience in project management and coordination of different professions.
• Knowledge of electronic components and systems is appreciated.
• Mastery or good knowledge of an ERP such as SAP and ideally a PLM environment.
• Knowledge of requirements related to quality, safety, and the environment in an industrial setting.
• Professional English allowing participation in exchanges and meetings with international interlocutors.
