The position:

As part of a technical assistance project, we are looking for an Industrial IS Project Manager & Factory Digitalization (M/F) for one of our clients in the industrial sector. You will work on the client site located in the Brittany region.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Participate in the scoping and design of the industrial IS in connection with business, IT, and OT teams.
• Collect and analyze the needs of industrial sites and translate these needs into digital solutions.
• Participate in the deployment of AVEVA solutions in industrial environments.
• Contribute to the integration of solutions with existing systems (IT / OT, production systems, MES, supervision, data historization, etc.).
• Lead or support the design, configuration, testing, acceptance, and production phases.
• Coordinate the different stakeholders: industrial teams, IT/OT, business units, integrators, and software publishers.
• Ensure project monitoring: planning, deliverables, risks, actions, and reporting.
• Support factory teams in the adoption of new tools and processes.
• Contribute to the definition of standards and the replication of solutions across multiple industrial sites.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of deployed digital solutions.

Profile sought:

• Higher education in industrial computing, information systems, automation, engineering, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in industrial digitalization projects, Industry 4.0, or factory transformation.
• Good understanding of IT / OT environments and Industrial Information Systems.
• Experience in digital solution deployment projects in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of the AVEVA ecosystem is a real plus (AVEVA System Platform, PI System / Historian, MES, etc.).
• Good understanding of industrial data integration and production system issues.
• Experience in project management and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
• Professional English.
• Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in complex and multi-site industrial environments.
