Your tasks

Your missions will be as follows

• Lead the deployment of the CMMS: choice, configuration, integration of asset data and maintenance plans, definition of processes (ticketing, preventive and corrective maintenance)
• Guarantee the structuring and quality of asset data, and lead the integration of BIM models into maintenance tools (conventions, nomenclatures, codification)
• Participate in the deployment of the Smart Building strategy: BOS / middleware, interoperability between BMS, PLCs, and technical equipment, in compliance with cybersecurity requirements
• Ensure the interface between maintenance, IT, and energy teams, the BIM AMO, integrators, and subcontractors
• Prepare the site's commissioning: integration of equipment, documentation, procedures, user support, and transfer to operations teams

Requirements

With higher technical education (building, HVAC, electrical engineering, automation, industrial maintenance, or industrial IT), you have at least 5 years of experience in technical project management within a building, industrial maintenance, or Smart Building environment.

• You also have significant experience in CMMS deployment, asset data management, or Smart Building solution integration; experience in a new construction project and commissioning preparation is a plus
• You have skills in multi-technical building installations (HVAC, high voltage) and in BMS, PLC, and supervision architectures
• You have good knowledge of BIM applied to operations, maintenance processes, and system interoperability, with an awareness of cybersecurity issues
• Proficiency in CARL Software and Revit as well as BMS solutions is a plus
• Rigorous and autonomous, you know how to lead cross-functional projects and act as a link between technical and IT teams
• Professional English proficiency is required for this mission.

The position As part of a technical assistance project, we are looking for a CMMS / BIM / Smart Building Project Manager for one of our clients in the industrial sector. You will work at the client site located in the Grand Est region / near Colmar (68), as part of the construction of a new industrial site of the "Factory 5.0" type.
