The position:

As part of a technical assistance project, we are looking for a New Works Project Manager for one of our clients in the industrial sector.

You will work at the client site located in Oise (60), with travel within a radius of approximately 1h30 around the main office.

In this capacity, your daily missions will be as follows:

• Manage the entire realization process of new works projects (studies, realization, acceptance) while respecting budgets, schedules, and objectives: estimation, drafting of technical and commercial offers, defense and negotiation, financial and contractual monitoring;
• Ensure the development and enhancement of the client portfolio: commercial prospecting, needs analysis, feasibility and risk studies;
• Supervise construction sites by coordinating site managers and technicians, ensure the client/department interface, and manage the client relationship throughout the project;
• Guarantee HSE responsibility within your scope: participation in drafting the PDP/PPSPS, contribution to the MASE approach, monitoring individual HSE objectives, and drafting REX (lessons learned) at the end of the site.

Profile sought:

• Engineer by training, you have significant experience in managing new works projects / new installations from end to end, in an industrial environment, with substantial project amounts;
• You also have significant experience in team management (team leaders, foremen) and multi-stakeholder coordination on large-scale projects;
• You have skills in estimation, planning, budget monitoring, and contractual management over the duration of a new project;
• You have good knowledge of HSE requirements in an industrial construction site environment (PDP, PPSPS, MASE);
• You master IT tools and project management methods;
• Proficiency in technical English is required for this project.
