The position:

As part of the implementation of a technical assistance project, we are looking for a client project manager for one of our clients. You will work at the client site located near Tours (37).

Your missions will be as follows:

• Manage the client relationship and ensure satisfaction: maintain regular and transparent communication, understand needs, anticipate expectations, and be the primary point of contact for all requests and questions;
• Ensure compliance with the contract and commitments: manage the project according to the defined terms (deadlines, costs, quality, deliverables), document deviations, manage amendments and modifications, and validate the compliance of deliverables;
• Manage project execution and milestone monitoring: plan stages, coordinate internal teams, monitor key indicators (progress, budget, risks), and ensure delivery on time and within the allocated budget;
• Manage risks, issues, and changes: identify deviations, propose solutions, document modifications, and arbitrate decisions to guarantee project continuity and client satisfaction.

Profile sought:

• Engineer by training, you have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment;
• You also have significant experience in client project management and complex contracts;
• You have communication and client relationship skills;
• You have good knowledge of contract law and contractual clauses;
• Proficiency in technical English is required for this mission.
