The position:
As part of a technical assistance project, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager - M/F for one of our clients in the Oil and Gaz sector. You will work at the client site located in the grenoble region.
Your missions will be as follows:
- Compliance with safety objectives;
- Collection of requirements from internal technical managers;
- Analysis of needs;
- Defining the cost envelope;
- Development of the provisional schedule;
- Preparation of specifications sent to the Purchasing Department for supplier consultation (studies or works);
- Physical management of supplier/service provider construction sites;
- Continuous measurement of construction site progress (compliance with deadlines, schedule reporting management);
- Budget monitoring (compliance with management budgets, reporting);
- Verification of installation compliance with our specifications and regulatory compliance with the labor code;
- Carrying out receptions and proceeding with the resulting clearance of reservations;
Profile sought:
- Technician by training, you have at least 10 years of experience in construction site management in an industrial environment;
- You have expertise in the different phases of an infrastructure project (APS/APD/PRO-DCE...);
- You have good knowledge of AUTOCAD and Ms Project;
- Mastery of technical English is required for this mission.
